Items purchased cannot be returned unless they are of defective quality.

• For return requests due to quality issues, LICCI will initiate the product exchange. Customers should request an exchange only if the product is damaged, the wrong item was delivered, or the size is incorrect. Please fill out the form (form link) with all relevant details within 24 hours of delivery.
• You will be required to submit the picture of the defective product you want to initiate exchange for. Without the proof, LICCI will not be responsible for any exchanges.
• You may exchange any item bought from LICCI once within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
• The item(s) must be in its original packaging with the invoice included.
• If an item is delivered incorrectly (in terms of size, color, or style), the customer has the right to request an exchange.
• Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, defective items will be refunded.
• All returns and exchanges for the orders, must be sent back to the address provided by LICCI at the customer’s expense.
