  • For return requests due to quality issues, LICCI will initiate the product exchange.   • You will be required to submit the picture of the defective product you want to initiate exchange for. Without the proof, LICCI will not be responsible for any exchanges.
  • You may exchange any item bought from LICCI once within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
  • The item(s) must be in its original packaging with the invoice included.
  • If an item is delivered incorrectly (in terms of size, color, or style), the customer has the right to request an exchange.
  • Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, defective items will be refunded.
