- If an item is delivered incorrectly (in terms of size, color, or style), the customer has the right to request an exchange.
- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, defective items will be refunded.
- All returns and exchanges for the orders, must be sent back to the address provided by LICCI at the customer’s expense.
